Image Notes in Data Notes: User Guide

Overview

Image Notes is a feature within the Data Notes app that allows you to display website screenshots directly in your CRM company record.

• Capture website screenshots automatically
• Display images directly in CRM notes

Workflow Steps

1. Create an Image Note

1. Navigate to Data Notes
2. Select “Create Image Note”
3. Choose an owner for the note
4. Optional: Pin the note for increased visibility

2. Add Image URL

You have two options for adding the image:

• Manually enter a hardcoded URL
• Use action outputs from a screenshot tool to automatically populate the URL

Important Notes

• Image visibility is not restricted by HubSpot privacy settings
• If you can see the image, it will display in the note

Demonstration Workflow: Automatic Website Screenshot

Trigger: New Company Creation

1. Go to Companies tab
2. Create a new company
3. Add company domain (e.g., amazon.com)

Result

• Within approximately one minute, a note appears with a website screenshot
• Screenshot is embedded directly in the company record
